Randi Beth Edwards, CBB, CBIS

Born and raised in the great city of New York, Randi grew up surrounded by a family of entrepreneurs that owned jewelry shops, clothing stores, gourmet New York delicatessens, and more. From the time she was old enough to walk Randi had the dream of being an entrepreneur.

At the age of 10, Randi moved to Miami Beach, Florida where when reaching young adulthood, it did not take long for her to realize her dream journey of being an entrepreneur. Randi partnered up with her cousin to start a custom home construction company. Within one year, they were building multi-million-dollar custom homes on Miami's Gold Coast. After 3 years of developing one of Miami's most successful custom home building companies but Randi had bigger dreams and decided to leave Florida and explore the beautiful West Coast. "Go West, Young Lady, Go West."

Randi landed in Berkeley, California where she attended the University of California and earned her degree in Business Administration and shortly thereafter, she moved to Seattle, WA. Channeling her ambitious spirit once again, Randi partnered with a friend and opened a Middle Eastern Restaurant in the Seattle area. It became a destination restaurant for locals, world travelers, hosting sheiks and Royal Families of the Middle East.

Randi soon decided it was time to settle down and start her family. She gave birth two beautiful children, a daughter and a son, and leaned into motherhood with joy but as nature does, her adventurous and energetic spirit could not stay quiet for long. Randi jumping full on into her new found domestic life was soon involved in all of her children's activities all the way up to being on the Board of Directors of her Church.

In 1984, her entrepreneurial spirit called once again, and she started a new adventure partnering with Kirk Edwards they started the legendary, award winning KR Real Estate and Business Brokerage Firm The rest is history as KR Brokers remains one of the premier business brokerage firms in Washington State.

During their partnership Randi and Kirk built and sold numerous other businesses, including a successful national Paramedical Company and a very popular Nightclub. Throughout her life, both personally and professionally, Randi has never lost sight of where she came from and has mastered the art of bringing her passion, experience and unique passion for life and business that has become the hallmark of her reputation. Along the way, Randi has never wavered in sharing her love, consideration, and compassion for small business owners.

After the untimely passing of her partner Kirk in 2017, Randi rose to the challenge of keeping the legacy they built and took the reins as the sole owner of KR Brokers and to this day, she still brings that same love and passion for helping others achieve their dreams of freedom and independence through the ownership of small business.

When Randi is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, her German Shepherd, Biggie, and she especially enjoys being a grandmother and still finds time to give to her community with a focus on feeding the homeless.
